Fulfillment Policy: Once a contract is signed and all assets required are delivered, jobs will be completed no earlier than 2 weeks from the start date — unless otherwise specified in the contract (ie: Rush Fee). All designs include two rounds of revisions, however additional rounds and time may be added at a cost of $50/hour. Once approved, files are released to the client within 48 hours and payment is due within 10 days of receiving final files.

Refund Policy: All clients receive a unique proposal and contract based upon the specific needs they have for their project. Each project has a detailed service agreement that must be signed by the client before work starts, which specifies details regarding project pricing. Once the contract has been signed, the job has started and payment is non-refundable. All payments are due within 10 days of receiving final files.
